Delete your account

Permanent account and data deletion

Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before confirming the request.

Delete your account in SpendAI

  1. Open SpendAI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and select Delete to confirm.

The deletion starts immediately after confirmation, signs you out, and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

SpendAI deletes your account profile, active sessions, budgets, expenses, and stored voice-command event records associated with the account. Guest data that has not been synced remains on the device and can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle and are not used to restore a deleted account.

If you cannot access the app

Email q9labs.ai@gmail.com from the address connected to your SpendAI account. Use the subject “SpendAI account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, or private financial details by email.
